25thSept2010 - Shanghai
Early morning when I am still in a blurblur mode, i woke up, never even wash up, and was still in my home clothes, i just brought my green scarf/shawl whatever you called it and then went down with SH that woke up early morning and sent her off to work. Initially i got the thought of walking her to the far far train station but dropped the idea as i am really still not awake and i didnt bring anything along except my phone and scarf. LOL. said bye to her in front of the hotel entrance and then went back to the room.
It was still quite early, so i went back to sleep. LOL. meanwhile ana woke up and do all her usual stuffs while i am struggling to wake up again later on. After that, packed our bag, as today will be the day we go back SG. double checked that we did not leave anything behind and then off to the reception, deposited our stuffs and then off to shopping again. LOL.
We decided to go back to the XinJiang Restuarant for breakfast as it will be more convenient for our muslim friend to settle their food. LOL. We were still in a sleepy mode, i remembered i didnt bother talking much except trying to force myself not to fall back to sleep while waiting for the food to arrive. LOL.
After that we went to train station walking the same way as we did yesterday. halfway thru, someone said she wanted to go toilet and then we just went to a hotel nearby and used their toilet. LOL. so, while waiting for her we sat at the sofa above. LOL. after she came out we didnt really want to go and continued sitting on the sofa and then we started to take photo. LOL. after finishing taking photo and realised that we should get moving, we finally walked to the train station where all the journey start.
As usual, our clique started doing lame stuffs like the above photo and then we took a lot of nonsense photo in between the journey, but then the photo were kind of unglam to some ppl, so i decide not to scare readers and give up the idea of uploading them. LOL. We went to People's Square, the place that we actually went before with the school group but did not have the enough time to shop.
I finally bought the wallet i saw on the day together with the school people. Ana bought more than me (but i didnt saw her using it till now -.-), and then i bought my school bagpack here which i liked but then it spoiled after it lasted me about a sem. After that we did not know where to go and then we saw... Arcade. LOL.
We are playing the dancing machine thing and a good thing is that nobody are looking at you when you are doing it. LOL. it's uberly fun~ hahaha. although my leg is dying at the period of time but i still continued playing like some crazy girl which i know i wont do that in SG. LOL. After that we continued shopping and bought stuffs for Sufi and friends. SH came and met us after her work, and then we took neoprints. LOL. and then we realise it's time for us to go back to hotel and take our luggage and off to the airport.
We didnt know how long the bullet train is going to take. so we initially thought that we were late for check-in and we rush back to the hotel by mrt and then cab back the walking distance which is quite far. We hired 2 cab and then asked the driver to wait for us awhile at the hotel entrance after we took our deposits. But then our taxi driver rejected the offer while the other taxi driver agreed. LOL. Lucky we managed to halt a cab soon after the other cab left.
So, we finally reached the bullet train station with tons of stuffs and some food to bring back to SG. SH sent us all the way here and then ran off to where she stayed after taking photos. the group photo above is quite impromptu to me. If you managed to look closely, i am trying to removed my phone cover as i wanted to pass my sim card to SH. LOL. As mine is able to have overseas call, so she can call back SG home anytime she wanted to.
After she ran off, we went in and then took a photo before we board the bullet train. The train arrived the door opened and we still got no sense of urgency, LOL. still taking photo happily and then rush into the train with all our heavy bags.
My first time taking a bullet train. Ha. Basically i thought I will be scared of the speed and stuffs as it is going 300km/hr. but then i realised it's a mistake to think that way. LOL. basically it had no difference from a normal mrt train. LOL. except that you see the speed is going up but then u wont realise that it is going that fast by looking at the scenery around. But then i got dizzy a while after looking at the window scenery, I guess it still affects, just that you dont feel that you are travelling in a high speed.
After we arrived, we realise it's still early! hahaha. we were finding food for dinner as most of the things are not halal and then Nas they all said they do not want to eat. While waiting for people to decide where to go, i sat down as shown in the above photo. LOL. my leg totally cannot make it after 7 days of suffering.
Wenz, Tian and I went to BurgerKing to have our dinner while the others look after the bags and luggage at the sitting area in the middle of the terminal. My leg was in total pain and protested walking. Then, Tian, actually took the push cart for the luggage and ask me to sit on it. LOL. Wenz then also sit on it and we went round the airport like this after that. LOL. Thank you Tian for pushing me around. LOL. If not i wont be able to get back to SG. LOL.
After that we finally check-in and then sitted at the waiting area for announcement. On the plane back, i am totally unconcious of what's happening around me. LOL. Everyone fall asleep and then it's only breakfast time then the airstewardess gave us the hot towel to wake us up. LOL. It's quite cold and I am so happy with the hot towel given. LOL. Ate breakfast and then we finally landed SG. shared cab with ana and went back home.
26Sept2010 - Singapore
On the way back home, inside the cab, after 7days in China, suddenly i felt SG is such a quiet place. LOL. the road is so quiet and suddenly i started questioning that am I in the correct country? LOL. But then that timing is around 5+am in the morning? so it should be quiet. LOL. I nearly fall asleep on the cab after senting ana back home. LOL. force myself awake in case i got drive to somewhere i dont know. LOL. the taxi uncle is so nice, he helped me take everything off and then still see whether i am able to go home with so much things and bottles of liqour where i bought it at the airport. LOL.
Reached home and realised i forget to bring my key. LOL. No choice but to call home and then mama woke up and scold me. luckily it's roughly 7am when i reached home. so it's okay to wake people up. LOL. and i went downstairs and ate breakfast with them and then came back home bring out all my clothes and stuffs and slept the whole day. LOL. Home Sweet Home~

And done. finally i finished my blogging of this trip!! ha. congrats to people who are still reading my blog. you endured for a year~ LOL.
